Who we are

Get More Anal (the "service") is operated from within the EU. For any privacy question or request, contact raf@getmoreanal.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

• Account — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We also store when you confirmed that you are at least 18 years old.
• Coaching content — the messages you exchange with the coach, your sessions, tasks, and the notes the coach keeps. This is encrypted at rest with a key derived per user.
• Billing — handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and your subscription status. We never see or store your full card details.
• Usage analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies (see below).

Cookies and analytics

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in; it does not require consent. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the public pages of the site are used — the analytics script is loaded only on public marketing pages for signed-out visitors. Inside the app (your dashboard, sessions, tasks, and everything else you see while signed in) no analytics or other third-party scripts load at all, so nothing about your coaching activity — not even page titles or addresses — is sent to Google. On the public pages, Google Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the consent banner; until then, via Google Consent Mode, no analytics cookies are stored.

Transparency note. Before 4 July 2026 the analytics script loaded on all pages of the site, including in-app pages, which meant the titles and addresses of pages you visited while signed in (some of which included task or session names) could be sent to Google Analytics. We found this in a security review, removed it the same day, stripped personal content from page titles, and requested deletion of the affected analytics data from Google. No message, note, or task content was ever sent to Google Analytics.

Who processes your data

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, each acting on our instructions:

• Google — sign-in (OAuth) and, with consent, Analytics on public pages only.
• Anthropic — your messages to the coach are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to generate replies.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Postmark — sending transactional and newsletter email, where enabled.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases (GDPR)

• Performance of a contract — to provide the coaching service and manage your account and subscription.
• Consent — for analytics cookies and any marketing email. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — to keep the service secure and working.

Retention and deletion

You can delete individual sessions from within the app. To delete your account and associated content, email raf@getmoreanal.com. We keep billing records as required for tax and accounting, and otherwise retain content only as long as your account is active.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact raf@getmoreanal.com.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
